Comments: Chase at first seemed a bit shy however over a period of several weeks, we saw her shyness diminish and a sweet, calm disposition emerge. She is very affectionate and is especially fond of her human-dad, Stephen. Her favorite thing to do is to burrow under the blankets at the end of the day and sleep at his feet. Chase loves her creature comforts! She gets along well with our other Basenjis and is quite friendly with other dogs at the dog park. Chase is a people-person and a people-pleaser and is an easy dog to have around the house. When I'm working on the computer, she'll often come alongside and put her head under my hand demanding to be petted. It would be hard to find a Basenji with disposition as sweet and even-tempered. Her pups have had equally soft and sweet dispositions. She has a good bite with full dentition.
