Comments: "Kitoko" means
very nice in the Azande
language. It
certainly describes this little dog. He was the first puppy purchased
during the 2008 trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We were
traveling along the road from Dungu to Galima when I asked the
driver to stop because we saw a beautifully moving dam trot in front of
an abandoned building with a young puppy following her. While we were
searching for the dam and puppy a group of people brought this red and
white male for us to look at. Although his skin and coat were in
terrible condition due to fleas and worms, he appeared to be very nice
structurally. He has lived up to that as he grew. He is very nice in
structrue and temperamnet. He is my constant companion. His temperament
is friendly and affectionate. He plays with puppies and children alike.
Structurally he possess a front assembly that any breeding program
would welcome. He has very nice bone and pigment. His feet and gait
would equip him to trot all
day. He has sired one litter of puppies, bred to Ch. Signet After Hours
Party. They are very typey, quality puppies.
